Terms of Service

1. The service
GLIX Sweep lets eligible users combine balances from approved general-purpose prepaid Visa and Mastercard products into a single GLIX Sweep balance and a single virtual card. GLIX Sweep is invitation-only during the pilot phase and may run in sandbox/promotional mode with real-money functionality disabled.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of Canada, and able to complete identity verification. Card eligibility depends on issuer, BIN, country, currency, card registration, transaction restrictions, and partner approval. GLIX Sweep never guarantees universal card compatibility.
3. Fees
Adding cards is free. Combining balances into a GLIX Sweep balance may carry a fee, disclosed in full — including the exact amount and your net available balance — before you confirm any sweep.
4. Funding and reversals
Funds are only credited to your available balance after the corresponding funding source is confirmed by our funding partner. If a sweep partially fails, you will be asked to explicitly accept the confirmed subset or reverse everything; nothing proceeds automatically.
5. Account termination
You may request account deletion at any time from your security settings. GLIX Sweep may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or partner requirements.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be versioned and require re-acceptance before continued use.
